*Membership Terms and Conditions*
1. *Eligibility:* Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or older with a valid account.
2. *Non-Transferable:* Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member or any other family member using same account.
3. *Membership Fees:* Membership fees are billed monthly, quarterly or annually depending on the chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. *Changes to Terms:* We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Membership program at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
5. *Misuse of Benefits:* Misuse of membership benefits, including fraudulent activity, may result in the suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
6. Membership fees has to be paid only through online (CASH is not accepted) by UPI/NEFT or any other Online mode and a proof of payment screenshot has to be shared the in App/Website Chat Support Team.
7. Membership Program is limited for cities / Individuals. And available only upon approval. We might need 2-3 Business days after the Payment to activate the membership.
8. Renewal Membership: All members requested to renew the membership in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.
9. Machranga has the rights to terminate the membership at anytime if required.
